Boots didn't fit and now they won't answer

I ordered boots from these people and they were terrible. Didn't fit at all. Just crap honestly. I tried to return them and they made me send photos and a bunch of other stupid information that was just ridiculous. Then they just said the issue was resolved. That was it.

I called the number (844) 928-0323 and it's fake. The email is [email protected]. Is there nothing we can do to stop these thieves? This is the second time I've ordered something that ended up coming from China and this happened. The sad thing is you have no idea when you order something that it comes from China. There has to be a law fixing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
