Phone call saying a civil judgment was being filed against me

I got a voicemail from a man who said his name was Mark Powell calling on behalf of California State Processing. He said the office of Thomas and Moore requested to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Sacramento County. He also said once the motion is filed a courier would be dispatched to either my place of employment or my residence on Hollingsworth Court.

He left a number to call if I had questions or wanted to see if I was eligible for a stop order, 833-870-8724. He gave a case number too, C as in Charlie D as in Delta 6420. Then he just said good luck and hung up.

I don't know anything about this and I never got anything in the mail about it. The whole call felt off to me.
