Bought a handbag but the site was a fake copy

I tried to buy a handbag from glamaholiclifestyle.com and paid for it. After I hit the pay button I noticed the charge went through a different site, calmstylecon.com. That one is pretending to be the real glamaholiclifestyle. I caught it because the page looked a little off but it was too late.

I filed a claim with PayPal and sent them proof. I even got a message from the real glamaholiclifestyle confirming calmstylecon is a fake site. But PayPal still closed my case. I never got a tracking number or any shipping info. Just out 36 dollars and no bag.
