Dress order came with a $30 a month loyalty charge
I filled out their online form right away to cancel and emailed them multiple times. They wouldn't cancel my order and just kept saying they would "let me know" when the loyalty program is canceled. It's been over a month now and I've reached out more. I got charged the loyalty fee anyway.
The dress finally showed up and the quality was terrible. No tags, and it looked nothing like the picture.
