Final notice about a home warranty I never had

I got this letter in the mail saying "Final Notice for Home Warranty secured by Capital Farm Credit FLCA" and that it was expiring or had already expired. I don't have a mortgage and I don't have any warranty like that. I don't know why they sent it.

The letter had a phone number (805) 429-3772 and an email [email protected]. I called Capital Farm Credit office in Kennedy, Tx just to check and they said it's a scam. So yeah, it's just someone trying to get my credit card info probably. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to put this out there.
