Email about a $4,880 limit I never asked for

I got an email from [email protected] saying my request is connected to a $4,880 limit and that payment details are listed in my account. I never requested anything from these people. The email says to sign in and review the limit and payment info, then continue with the next step.

There's an address listed too, 404 Confederate Drive Syracuse NY 13221. I don't know who these people are or why they're sending me this. It just says "View Payment" like I'm supposed to click on something.

I didn't sign up for this and I'm not going to sign in to anything. Just wanted to report it.
