Debt collector calling about car then house then 2019 debt

This company keeps calling me about a debt I don't recognize. When I asked for written validation they told me they're not responsible for jogging my memory. I went through all their voicemails and every time from the same number they said something different. First it was about my car. Then the next call was about my house. Then when I finally talked to someone they said it was a debt from 2019.

But they wouldn't show me any proof. They just kept pushing me to pay. They told me if I didn't pay $382 I'd end up paying $6,000 if it went to court. I don't even know where this debt came from.
