Ordered a dress from cardyondfashion and it was wrong

I ordered a dress from their website, cardyondfashion, and it came. The quality was poor, and it wasn't the dress at all. I paid 35 dollars for it.

I tried to get my money back. They said they would give me 50% and then 70%. I told them I wanted all my money back. Now I can't even contact them. No reply to anything. The address just says CA, USA.
