Order never arrived and seller won't help with claim
They only gave me tracking info after I contacted them a third time. The tracking number into the US was accurate, but the one they gave me for within the states was wrong. Then they gave me another one, and that was wrong too. They kept saying the numbers belong to USPS, but my local post office never had the package at all.
The merchant argued with me daily saying I received the items. I filed a claim with PayPal and they closed it without helping because the merchant kept saying the same thing. I paid for shipping insurance too.
Now the merchant says my claim is with the shipper but won't help me file it. I saw this same exact experience on Ecautious.com from someone else, which is how I found out this seller isn't legit. Total loss was $52.17.
