Man calling himself a lawyer about my disability

This is a man named Carl Constantine. He says he is a lawyer and that he is helping me get Disability. But something's don't add up. He doesn't answer any of the questions I ask. He just repeats stuff I already know.

I've been told there is no reason for a lawyer when filing for disability. And I got a letter that said the Social Security office will be going through the lawyer. And that I needed to use the bank I had already. I don't have a bank account.

I'm thinking he is trying to scam me out of the money I would get every month. His phone number is (949) 382-1926.
