Website keeps charging my card after I cancelled

I cancelled my subscription with Carlock.com months ago and they stopped charging me for a while. Then out of nowhere the charges started coming back on my credit card. I don't know why they started up again when I already cancelled. The charges just keep getting taken out and I can't get them to stop. I lost about $17 from this. I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but nothing has changed.
