Carpe signed me up for a subscription I never asked for
I logged in that day and cancelled the subscription online. Then I reached out to ask them to cancel the order too. It hadn't shipped yet but I just got some canned response saying it couldn't be stopped because it was in process. I paid with Paypal for the first order and I'm contesting the charge now.
Ordered once but they keep charging and sending stuff
They kept trying to send me more items instead of just refunding me. I told them multiple times I didn't want anything else from them. It was like they didn't even listen. I lost about $96.76 total dealing with this mess. The phone number I had to call was (847) 915-8630 and I also emailed them at [email protected] which felt weird for a company. They just would not stop trying to ship me stuff. I just wanted my money back and they made it impossible.
