Paid $189 on a site I thought was WA.gov
I have since learned that WA state doesn't do online titles. I called them back and asked why I hadn't received the title after paying on Sept. 11th. They had collected the amount. They simply sent me new forms to apply and pay again!! Which I DIDN'T do!
They also had lied and said they had contacted my husband for an electronic signature. We checked the files and nothing was there for the entire month. So I'm out $189.00
