Order from Cartivra never showed up and tracking was fake
The tracking kept saying it was on the way, then stateside with some carrier called JS Express. Every time I checked it looked closer, then it said out for delivery, then delivered to my mailbox. I went and checked right away and there was nothing there. Checked a bunch more times, still nothing.
I contacted Cartivra and they said they'd reship it. A few days later they sent me new tracking, a USPS number this time. That one didn't even have a delivery address on it and it was invalid. Their customer service is basically nonexistent and refunds never happen. Do not order from this company.
