Seat gap filler order never showed up

I ordered those seat gap fillers that go between the car seat and the console from cartivra.com. Paid $17.94 total. Got a confirmation email and a tracking number from some Chinese shipper. It said the package was coming from China and it actually made it to the US about a week later.

Then a few days after that the tracking number just stopped working. Said it didn't exist. Then the next day it was back and said it was delivered on a day and time when I know I was home. I messaged them saying I never got it and they just said it was in transit. I tried contacting them a second time and they never replied.
