Ordered upgrade but got billed double with no refund
When I contacted them for a refund, I had to jump through hoops. They made me send the product back at my own shipping cost and then said to wait for a refund, it could take 60 days. I never got anything back on my card. When I reached out again, they said it had been too long and I wasn't eligible anymore.
The store is closed now and I can't even view my original order in my email. Buyer beware, I lost a lot of money. 749.85 dollars gone. Their email was [email protected].
