Email saying I owe money and to contact some attorney

I got an email about a debt I supposedly owe. It says I have an outstanding balance of 2,976.00 and it's my final notice before they refer my account for further review. The email came from [email protected] which seems odd for a debt collection department.

It says to contact their Legal Division at [email protected] to pay and close my account. There's a case file number CF-D87-387421453 and some form number listed too. The whole thing is signed by a Case Resolution Department and mentions Andrew Prescott Litigation & Counsel, PLLC at the bottom.

I don't recognize this debt or this company. The email addresses don't match up with any real law office and it just seems like a scare tactic. I wanted to report this because it doesn't feel right.
