Phone call saying my bank accounts were being hit

I got a call from (501) 982-1000. The guy said my bank accounts were being hit by scammers and I needed to transfer money to Cash App to protect it. He told me to share my screen so he could help me do it right.

He had me use Cash App and an app called Current to set up a virtual card. I ended up losing $500 doing this. It all sounded real at the time but now I know it wasn't.
