Pop-up on Cinemark said $20 cash back and signed me up instead

I was finishing a purchase on cinemark.com and a link popped up asking if I wanted $20 cash back. I said yes and somehow got subscribed to a membership that costs $20. It asked for my card information but never said I was signing up for anything.

I cancelled it before it charged me but it won't let me delete the account on their end. I tried and it just doesn't work. The site was Cashback-Now.com and their email is [email protected]. I think the phone number was (307) 224-9889.

I didn't lose any money but I still can't get rid of the account and that bothers me.
