Woman yelling I had 10 minutes to call about a debt

I got a call from a woman who was yelling at me saying I had 10 min to call this number. She said my name and told me if I dont call in 10 min she would show up to my job and that she has my address. I was scared so I called the number back.

They took 100 from me and then said they got a debt turned over by CashNet USA. Then they tried to get me to set up an arrangement to pay 1474. I called back and asked for the debt validation letter and they said they cant mail it, I would only get it through email when I finish paying. That goes against my FDCPA rights. The number was (945) 202-1314 and they are out of Round Rock, TX.
