Paid a year upfront and service died after three months
I contacted them through the email on their site, [email protected], and they just keep telling me they are "actively working on the issue." It's been over two weeks of this. I asked for a refund since I'm not getting what I paid for, and they refuse to reimburse anything. They just keep repeating the same line about working on it.
