Ordered from Cattasaurus and refund was refused

I ordered from Cattasaurus.com and it turned out to be a bad experience. They advertise a satisfaction guarantee but when I got the merchandise it was low quality. Not what I expected at all.

I tried to get a refund and they refused. I spent $110 on this. The website is cattasaurus.com and their support email is [email protected]. They are located in MA.

Just want people to know what happened. The guarantee they advertise is fake.
