Ordered sweaters from Texas but package came from China

I ordered 2 sweaters from a source in Texas. The tracking showed everything came from China and it took a month to get here. When the package finally arrived it was just a picture of a sweater printed on 2 shirts. I paid $68 for this. Nothing about it was right. The website was on Facebook and the email they gave was [email protected]. I tried to get my money back but no reply.
