Sent wrong item that won't even attach to a seat
The item they sent me is totally defective. There's no way to even attach it to a seat. Like, it's not just a small issue, it's basically useless for what I needed it for. I don't know what to do with it.
I'm not sure how they think this is okay to send to someone.
Ordered white seats got gray ones and no reply
The site says they accept returns within 30 days. I have emailed them 5 times now, no response at all. I even tried the email on their page, [email protected]. Nothing.
The quality is really poor too. Not like the pictures on the website at all. I spent 159.99 on these and I'm just stuck with them I guess. Their address on the site is 2004 Freedom Blvd Freedom CA 95019 but I doubt that does me any good either.
