Website sent tracking links that never worked

I ordered from CCB and then saw negative reviews, so I tried to cancel my order right away. When I reached out, they gave me "tracking links" that did not work at all. I kept asking them to cancel the order and refund my money, but they just kept saying the item was "shipped."

This went on for 6 days. Still no valid tracking number and as of today, no item received. I paid $70 for this. The email they use is [email protected]. This company is a scam and should be shut down in the USA.
