Charged over sixty dollars for software I never installed

I looked at my bank account and saw a charge for $61.55 from CCCleaner Piriform DEU. I didn't even have that program on my computer. I never downloaded it or signed up for anything.

I got a call from 1(236) 988-2795 and they mentioned something about tech support, but I didn't think anything of it. Now this charge just shows up out of the blue. The website is CCCleaner. I just want my money back.
