Voicemail about documents being delivered to my home or job
She claimed they tried to reach me multiple times by phone and mail and got no response. She said the matter was flagged and moved forward, and that they have to notify me 72 hours before the documents get delivered. She also said it was a highly sensitive matter that needs my immediate attention.
The number she gave to call back was 866-358-1397. She said to press one to speak with a case manager or just call the issuing office at that same number. I don't know who these people are and I never got anything in the mail from them.

The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from them. The number they gave is 866-314-1715 and the address they mentioned was Finleyville, PA. I didn't press one or call back.
