Paid $500 for videos that were never posted

Someone came to our place of business and offered us some services. We paid for it, $500, and he cashed the check. He took videos but never used them like he promised. The video was supposed to go on Google and that never happened either.

I have his email, [email protected], and an address in Marion, IA. That's about all I have to go on. We paid for a service and got nothing out of it.
