Notice about home warranty with no company name on it

I got this notice in the mail about a home warranty for my property. It says my address is secured by CENTRAL MTG FNDG LLC and that I need to call 1 888-996-0424 right away. The letter says something about uninterrupted service and that my expiration date is coming up.

I called the number and ended up paying 259 dollars over the phone. It felt like an online purchase type thing but I'm not even sure what I bought. Now nobody answers when I call back and I'm pretty sure I got scammed. There was no real company name on the letter, just that CENTRAL MTG thing and the phone number (844) 770-8448 also popped up somewhere. I just want my money back.
