Phone call saying I owed money to a cash advance company

I got a call from a guy named Chris Sampson who said he was from Certified Claim Services. He told me I owed $7800 to some cash advance company I have never heard of in my life. He had the last four digits of my social and my birth date which was a little unsettling.

He said a demand letter had been mailed to me and since I never responded I would be summoned to court. Then he said I could pay $2800 to settle the case instead of going to court. The number he called from was (888) 431-7820.

I have no idea who these people are or where they got my information. I never took out any cash advance from anyone.
