Jeans came with a big stain that wasn't in the photo

My son bought a pair of Amiri jeans from the Chambers13 website. The listing mentioned a small stain but you really couldn't tell from the picture they posted. When he got them, the jeans had this big blood looking stain on them. It's not something you could miss and it definitely wasn't visible in their photo.

I contacted them by phone, text, and email. They just keep telling him to take it to the cleaners. He shouldn't have to do that for something they sold him. I sent them the picture from their own listing and a photo of what the stain actually looks like. Still no real help.
