Email saying I was charged $34.97 from a company I never heard of
From what I understand this company does billing for other vendors. The charge came from someone calling themselves "Find My Manual" and they were trying to put it on a monthly basis. I'm guessing the sale transaction was called X-sale, that's what the ChargeRestore rep told me.
They ended up cancelling the fee and the subscription if there even was one. I just don't get how this happened in the first place. The email said the purchase date was 10/05/2026 at 10:03 PM ET. I never bought anything.
Email saying my payment of $97 was confirmed
The email says the payment was processed by Charge Restore and gives a support website and email. There's a blank spot where the date should be. That seemed strange to me. I don't know who these people are or how they got my card info.
I'm out $97.00 and I don't know what this charge is even for. I just want someone to look into this.
