Survey charged me monthly without telling me

I did this survey that said there was a one time fee, so I paid it. Turns out there's some kind of monthly charge I never agreed to for who knows what. I called customer service twice and told them to cancel anything in my name.

I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge and cancel my card. They are still trying to hit my card every month, it just gets declined now. But this is a scam, plain and simple. The only thing I have on them is the phone number 844-526-3887. I hope someone looks into this.
