Five months of emails about a package that never came

I ordered something from this store and after 5 months of going back and forth, I still don't have my package or my money back. I told them I was going to report them to the FTC and that's when I got this response from "Ada".

She said "Sorry for the problem" and then said it's not fraud, they are the official store and all legal and compliant. Which doesn't make any sense to me because I'm just missing my order.

Then she said my package is "under investigation" and I need to wait 6 more days. And after that they'll offer me the best solution. But she also asked if I could please consider not requesting a refund. That part felt strange. Why would I not want a refund when I never got my stuff?

I lost $48.00 on this. The email came from [email protected]. I'm just tired of this. They keep saying to wait and then nothing happens.
