Website showed die cast VW van ornaments but sent laminated pictures

I ordered what was supposed to be a die cast metal Hot Wheel type VW van ornament from chartag.com. The image on their site clearly showed a 3D metal toy. What actually showed up was a small 2D Christmas tree ornament that was just a laminated picture of the van. Nothing metal about it.

Total bait and switch. I paid $40 for this. I've already requested a refund from them but I'll be surprised if I even hear back.
