Call from Chase fraud dept asking me to cancel Zelle payments

I got a call today on my mobile at 10:47 a.m. The person said he was Kevin Miller, ID #K007-992, from the Chase Fraud Dept. The number was (212) 552-5100.

He told me someone opened an account with JP Morgan in Phoenix, AZ and tried to use Zelle for two transactions, $3,000 and $2,000, to Kathy Baker. He asked if I knew about these and I said no. Then he gave me a case number starting with JPM. After that he gave me cancellation numbers for the pending Zelle transfers.

Then he told me to log into my Chase app, go to Zelle payments, put in the case number without the JPM part, and type "Cancel payment" in the description to recipient line. When the Zelle name for 5852025542 showed up as Willie Kennedy, that was weird. Then he told me to enter $2,000 in the Zelle amount and I knew right away it was a scam and hung up. He kept calling back until I blocked the number.
