Phone call saying my number was used for Zelle transfers

Someone called me claiming to be with Chase Security. He said there were 2 attempted Zelle transfers earlier in the day originating in Texas. I'm in NY. He said my phone number was used so the transfer got flagged.

He gave me "cancellation void codes" and a "case ID reference number." Then he tried to transfer me to "Zelle" so I could give them the void codes. I asked for clarification several times because I couldn't understand why I needed to do that. The story didn't quite add up.

I declined the transfer and told him I would call back the number on my caller ID at a later time. The number was (212) 552-5100.
