Texts from CheckGo I never signed up for
Then I got a third text saying my review was complete and gave me a confirmation number 4072 with another link to login.checkgo.io. The messages came from two different numbers, 87357 and 59392.
I don't know how they got my name or my number but this is not something I signed up for. I just want it to stop.

Then right after that I got another message saying welcome to CheckGo and my application had been received. It said they would update me once progress is made. I don't know what application this is. I never applied for anything.
I tried to figure out what this company even is and couldn't find anything real. No money lost but this whole thing seems fake. I just want to know how they got my name and number.

Text about a job application asking for my social security number
I tapped the link because I’ve been applying to a lot of jobs lately and thought it was one of them. The page already had my phone number filled in and asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. So I put them in.
Now I’m not sure what’s going on. I never heard of CheckGo before and I don’t know if this was a real job thing or not. I haven’t lost any money but it feels strange they wanted my SSN right away like that.

I never asked for any loan or filled out anything. I don't know how they got my number. It's just annoying getting these texts all the time. I didn't lose any money but I want it to stop.
Got a weird text about a request being accepted, link blocked as unsafe
It’s not the first time I’ve gotten a text from something called “CheckGo.” I haven’t clicked on anything or interacted, I just report them as spam. The link was go.checkgo.io/RCRoq2Mg. The whole thing just feels off.
Got a weird text from CheckGo about an account I never made
I never signed up for any account with CheckGo. I don't even know what it is. The texts felt really off, like they were trying to get me to click on those links. It said to text STOP to quit, but I shouldn't be getting these messages at all. I'm just reporting it because it seems like a scam.
