Ordered clothes on TikTok Shop and never got them

I ordered some clothes through TikTok Shop and they took the money right out of my account. That was $87.32 and I never got anything in the mail.

The website is cherrybettyshop.com and I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. They have an address listed at 1351 Charles Willard St in Carson, CA but I don't know if that's even real.

Just wanted my stuff or my money back and I can't get ahold of anyone.
