Ad for Chillio app charged me extra and won't let me log in

I saw an ad for this Chillio app pop up on social media and did some research first. It seemed like a good way to help my life so I went for it. But once I got it, there was no way to actually use the software at all.

I dug around some more and found a link for "an app" that charged me additional dollars without ever saying it would. That was $35 gone just like that. And after that charge went through, the thing doesn't even allow you to log in. I'm just stuck with nothing.

The website is get-chillio.app if that helps anyone. I just wanted to put this out there because it really didn't make sense how it all went down.
