Charged twice after I cancelled my Chillio trial

I signed up for the one week trial of Chillio, the life planner app, for $14.97. That charge went through on August 24. I cancelled it within the time I was supposed to, and I even got an email back saying my cancellation was confirmed.

But then on August 31 they charged me another $57. And then again on September 4 for another $14.97. So now I'm out $86.94 total. Those last two charges were after I cancelled. I didn't authorize them. I emailed them at [email protected] but no one is helping with this.
