Online ads offering multi-pack items with tracking codes that never work

I ordered some multi-pack items from ads I saw online. They were suppose to be delivered by China post but the package never reaches my address. The delivery notices only show delivery to my zip code, not my actual address.

I contacted USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX. None of them recognize the tracking codes that start with "ZS". Example ZS21781916599. All the carriers told me was don't order from them.

I lost $217 on this. The tracking just shows it got to my zip code and that's it. Nobody can tell me where the package actually is.
