Mobile groomer took my deposit and never showed up

I found a mobile groomer on Facebook to come to my house and groom my dog. She sent me what looked like an American Kennel Club certificate saying she was an approved groomer. We set a date and time and she told me I needed to pay a $50 deposit to hold the appointment.

She never came. No call, no message, nothing. The Facebook post is gone now and so is the link to her page. All I have left is an email address, [email protected], and the address shows Roanoke, VA.

The only other thing I have is our Messenger conversation where she sent me that certificate. That's it.
