Charged multiple times after trying to cancel ALO gift box order
I reached out within 30 minutes of signing up once I saw the other charges and told them to cancel everything. They said they can only refund 48.17 and that the charges were for gift cards I supposedly purchased to use on their site. Nobody ever told me that. I did get the 48.17 refund on 9/29/26 and they said all my billing was removed, but then I woke up to more charges. They won't refund me and the order was canceled.
I think this site is also connected to Kitchbazaar.com which I'll be filing a complaint about too. They also told me I signed up for gift cards and those can't be refunded.
