Call about my tax file with no company name

I got this voicemail from someone named Christina Mark saying she was following up on my tax file. She said something about my file still being under review and that if a tax payment stays unresolved, penalties and interest could keep adding up. She wanted me to press two or call her back at 877-372-0711.

The thing is, she never said what company she was with. No agency name, no website, nothing. Just this weird generic script about repayment options and eligibility. I don't even know if I owe anything or if this is some kind of scam. She kept saying to call back before any deadline passes, which felt pushy.

I also got another message from a different number, (669) 275-8167, but it seems like the same thing. I didn't call either number. I'm not giving out any info until I know who I'm actually talking to.
