Paid for two Yorkie puppies and never got them

I thought I was getting two Yorkie Puppies from this person. I sent her the money and never received them. Then she had a guy call me saying he was a delivery person and sent me a text message saying I cant get my puppies until I pay this amount of money.

I went to my local police department and made a report and made copies of it all and turned it in to the Floyd county police department. I haven't heard back from the investor yet or picked up the police report.
