Man called claiming to be Citi fraud department

A man called my wife and said he was from the fraud dept of Citi Bank. She gave him my number and then I talked to him, his name was Joseph. I got suspicious right away when he tried to access my email account. That didn't make sense to me.

I called Citi Bank after I hung up with him and cancelled the card. Also changed my email password. The phone number he called from was (866) 755-2680. He didn't get any money from us but it was still scary how he knew stuff.
