Call saying my Citi cards were being canceled

Got a call from this number (480) 389-6753 and the person said they were from Citi Bank. They told me some people spent about $900 and they were canceling my 2 Citi cards. I don't know how they got my info but they asked for a lot of personal stuff and my SS number.

I hung up after I realized it didn't seem right. They had an address in FL but I'm not sure that means anything. I didn't lose any money but it's scary they knew about my cards.
