Call saying Citibank fraud alert about a card from Hawaii

They called and left a message saying, "This is Hazel Clay and I am calling you from Citibank with fraud and security department. It's regarding your credit report so I want you to call back at my number as soon as possible." The number they left was (754) 233-3590.

So I called back. They told me a credit card had been applied for using my personal info from Hawaii and that a fraud alert was placed on my account. They even named other credit accounts on my report and said they could help straighten it all out. They had all my information already, but I didn't give them anything new.

Just felt off. They knew too much but wouldn't give me a straight answer about who they really were. I didn't lose any money, but still.
