Voicemail about legal docs and a case number

Got a voicemail from a guy named Larry Davis saying he's with the Civil Dispatch office. He said he was calling to confirm my availability to accept and sign legal docs related to a matter filed against me in some county. Told me to call the issuing office at 877-321-2797 and reference case #26-******.

I actually called back and spoke to him. He was very threatening in tone the whole time.

The number he left from was (334) 326-1958, and the address shows Elmore County, AL. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt off.
